Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a one-on-one space where you can talk with a trained therapist about whatever’s on your mind- whether it’s stress, anxiety, past experiences, depression, complex mental health challenges or just feeling stuck. It’s a private, supportive setting where you can sort through your thoughts and emotions, gain new perspective, and work toward feeling more like yourself. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, with the goal of helping you grow, heal, and feel better in your day-to-day life.

Child & Adolescent Therapy
Therapy for children and teens (ages 3 to 18) provides support for a wide range of emotional, social, and behavioral challenges. We work with young people navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, school-related stress, grief and loss, peer issues, and life changes. We also offer specialised support for neurodivergent children, including those with autism and ADHD.
Using a mix of play, talk, and art therapy-depending on your child’s age, needs, and personality-we create a safe and supportive space where they can explore their feelings, develop coping skills, and grow in confidence. Each session is tailored to help your child express themselves in ways that feel natural, while building the emotional tools they need to thrive.

Couples counselling:
Couples counselling is a supportive space for partners to work through challenges together. Whether you're struggling with communication, frequent arguments, or feeling disconnected, a trained therapist helps you better understand each other and strengthen your relationship. It's a place to talk openly, gain insight into your dynamics, and learn healthier ways to connect, communicate, and move forward as a team.
-
Family Therapy
Family therapy offers a supportive space for families to come together, strengthen their connections, and work through challenges as a team. Whether you're navigating conflict, communication breakdowns, major life changes, or the impact of mental health concerns on family dynamics, this type of therapy helps each member feel heard and understood.
Sessions are tailored to your family’s unique needs and may include parents, children, siblings, or other important family members. Together, we explore patterns, build healthier ways of relating to one another, and develop tools to improve understanding, communication, and connection. The goal is to create a stronger, more supportive family environment where everyone can thrive.
