Meet Sally

Sally is a registered counsellor and psychotherapist with PACFA, trained at master’s level. She draws on talk therapy, play therapy and art therapy to tailor sessions to the person in front of her.

The aim is not to rush you. It is to understand
your story, work through patterns, and help you
feel more like yourself.

Sensory classes for
neurodivergent children

Small-group sensory classes in Melbourne designed to feel safe, structured and engaging for neurodivergent children, with support for both NDIS and non-NDIS participants.

  • Small groups of 3–6

  • Calming opt-out space available

  • Weekly themed sessions

Through play, art and sensory activities, children can explore their senses in a supportive environment and build skills that can make everyday life easier and more enjoyable
